I am a first-generation American whose immigration journey began in Ghana and continued through the United Kingdom before I arrived in the United States on an H-4 visa nearly three decades ago. Through my own experience, as well as those of relatives, friends, and members of the communities I have served, I understand the uncertainty and adjustment that often accompany immigration.
As the founding attorney of Gyampoh Law, I assist individuals, families, students, professionals, and employers with a broad range of immigration matters. My practice includes family-based immigration, student and exchange visitor matters, removal proceedings, adjustment of status, naturalization, inadmissibility and waivers, and employment-based immigration strategy.
Every immigration matter presents distinct legal and personal considerations. I take time to understand each client’s history, concerns, and objectives; explain the available options; and develop an individualized strategy based on the applicable law and the client’s circumstances.
